1. Place items in shopping bag

How do I place an item in my shopping cart?
Visit the product information page and select the desired size and quantity.  Once you have completed your selection, click the "ADD TO CART" button. You will then be taken to the shopping cart page where you'll see the item in your shopping cart.

How do I view the contents of my shopping cart?
You are able to review your order by simply clicking the "VIEW CART" button from the navigation bar at the top of the page. In addition, your item count and cart total are always displayed in the upper right hand corner of all pages.

How long will my items be reserved in my shopping cart?
We can only reserve the item(s) in your shopping cart for two (2) hours after they have been selected. After two hours, your item(s) will remain in your shopping cart but will not be guaranteed to remain in stock. We recommend you submit your order as soon as possible. You can do this by selecting the "CHECKOUT NOW" or Google Checkout button at the bottom of the page.

How do I add additional products from the shopping cart page?
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and check the "KEEP SHOPPING" button. You can now continue shopping at ShopBabyTrends.com.

How do I delete items from my shopping cart?
Check the "DELETE" box that is located in the shopping cart page under the thumbnail image and continue by clicking the "RE-CALCULATE" button below.

How do I change quantities of an item?
Change the number in the quantity box and click the "RE-CALCULATE" button. Your quantities will now be updated.

How do I apply a promotional code?
To apply a promotional code to the subtotal, enter the code in the designated box on the right side bar during checkout and then click "APPLY" below. Your new subtotal will be updated.

How do I confirm the availability of items in my shopping cart?
All items featured on our site are guaranteed in-stock in the sizes and colors shown.  If we are not able to ship out your order due to unavailability, you will receive a 25% coupon code off your next purchase.

How do I modify my order after check-out?
Last minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible. However, these changes require the assistance of our Customer Service Department. You may determine whether or not your order has shipped by clicking MY ACCOUNT and viewing Recent Orders.

2. Registration / Sign-in

Here you will be prompted to create a ShopBabyTrends.com account or access your existing account.

New Customers - If you are a new customer, you can quickly establish an account by entering your email address and creating a password, then clicking on the "REGISTER" button.  From here, you can manage your account information, including shipping/billing addreses, and view complete order history .

Return Customers - Returning customers will be asked to enter their email address and password. 

3. Enter / View Billing Address

Enter/verify your billing address, as well as any promotional codes or discounts you wish to use.  Once you select "CONTINUE" you will arrive at the Final Checkout page.

4. Enter / View Shipping Information

If you wish to change your shipping address or shipping method you can do so at this point. 

5. Final Checkout

You have the opportunity to view your order and to make any last minute changes if necessary. Simply click, "PAY WITH CARD" and your order will be placed.

How will I know if my order was received?
The following message should appear:

"THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING AT SHOPBABYTRENDS.COM! We appreciate your business! Your order has been received and will be processed shortly. A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly.

Where is the SECURITY CODE (CCV/CCV2) on my credit card?
Locating your Credit Card CCV/CCV2 Security Code:

Visa/MasterCard/Discover
Your card security code for your MasterCard, Visa or Discover card is a three-digit number on the back of your credit card, immediately following your main card number.

American Express
The card security code for your American Express card is a four-digit number located on the front of your credit card, to the right or left above your main credit card number.

Why do you ask for the Security (CCV/CCV2) Code?
We ask for this information for your security, as it verifies for us that a credit card is in the physical possession of the person attempting to use it.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Unless you are in California, we do not charge any sales tax. For all California residents, the tax rate is 8.75%.

Shipping Policy

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states, plus Hawaii and Alaska. The following is a list of countries we also ship to:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, Vietnam.

What shipping methods do you use?
For your convenience we offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for all orders delivered within the US.  Priority Mail shipments typically arrive in 2 to 3 days, depending on your location. Packages are left either in your mailbox, or can possibly be left on your porch. If you require a signature confirmation at time of delivery please specify so at the time of checkout. ShopBabyTrends.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages after they have left our warehouse.

* Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and usually ship the next business day.  Orders are not processed and/or shipped on weekends and holidays.   Free shipping offer is valid only for customers within the United States.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shop Baby Trends offers FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping on all US orders over $50 (excluding taxes and shipping). Orders are usually shipped within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Transit time is usually 2 days to most destinations within the US, 3 days to more rural areas. For orders under $50, we charge $5.00 flat rate to anywhere in the US using USPS Priority Mail. Other shipping methods are available (please view during checkout).

In addition, USPS Express Mail Overnight shipping is available for $27.00. 

For international orders, we offer two flat-rate options:

USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days) $27.00

USPS Express Mail International (4-5 days) $38.00

All items purchased from ShopBabyTrends.com are at the risk of loss and title for such loss passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier. Should you require insurance, delivery confirmation or a signature required at time of delivery, please advise us of your request in the customer notes section of the checkout process.
Please be advised that we are required by law to list the prices and items you purchased on your package. Your local government might impose duty charges based on your purchase. Please contact your local government agency for more information.


Return Policy

How do I return or exchange an item?
We are happy to accept returns for items in the event they have any manufacturing flaws or defects or if you are not completely satisfied. Items must be returned to ShopBabyTrends.com in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached. 
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for swimwear or consumable products (i.e. perfume, cosmetics, and other beauty products) due to hygienic concerns.

Please indicate on your packing list whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/size.  Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the item(s) for a full refund. After 30 days, a store credit will be issued.  No returns or exchanges are allowed after 60 days.

To ship an item back to ShopBabyTrends.com, simply pack your item and packing list into a USPS priority bag/box and email us for a prepaid return label. Because the post office does not need to process a payment from you, you can do all of the above without waiting in line. To send your package, you simply drop it in a mail drop box, hand it to your mailman when he/she drops off your mail, or drop it off at the counter at your local post office.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Your refund will be processed within 5 days of us receiving your shipment at our facility, usually sooner.

Return on Sale Items

Can I return items that were purchased on sale?
All sale items, including the use of any special promotions or discounts, are non-refundable, but can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

NOTE: Any item marked down 50% or more is considered a clearance sale item. All clearance sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
